Therapy

What would happen if we gave ourselves time to ‘switch off’, stop and stand still?

Talking therapy (counselling or psychotherapy) is a process that can help you gain deeper clarity, relief and confidence.

My work helps people come to terms with their life experiences, understand their emotions and develop a stronger sense of self.

Isabella May – BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Therapy can sometimes be difficult, confronting and uncomfortable, as you become more aware of your own experiencing.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change.

Carl Rogers

The benefits of therapy include feeling more emotionally and energetically balanced; increased self-acceptance and improved self-worth; the ability to discern healthier choices and relationships; greater autonomy in the decisions you make.
